Streets: The London Police (Kentucky)

Recently, The London Police paid a visit to Covington, Kentucky for a public works project arranged by the BLDG gallery. The duo painted their iconic LADS characters alongside buildings and inside local business, leaving a trail of art for fans to follow. Upping the ante were pieces that they hid around town that “escaped” the main large-scale mural. Take a look at a sampling of these walls in the photos below… Photo credit: Chris Breeden. Streets: Kenny Scharf (Los Angeles)

After opening his show at Honor Fraser (covered) in Los Angeles as well as painting on the cars of his lucky fans in the area, Kenny Scharf (interviewed) returned to New York where he continued improving vehicles with his signature imagery. He seems to get around, as he was back in the City of Angels last week to create a new mural (arranged by Branded Arts) in Culver City. Streets: Interesni Kazki (Moscow)

Ukrainian artists and muralist Waone and Aec, known as Interesni Kazki, recently took part in the LGZ Moscow project where they worked on two separate surrealistic murals. Waone did a piece called Flying & Crawling mind at Lublinskaya Str.3, while Aec worked on his Time Machine mural in Sadovnicheskaya  Str. 78, Moscow. Covering the era of the dinosaurs, constellations, age of big discoveries, technical progress and weapons development, Aec’s mural shows the history of the planet, and the big influence that humans have over all of it. Streets: Ludo (San Francisco)

French artist Ludo (interviewed) was recently in the US, visiting and working on both coasts. The artist arrived to New York City to take part in the 10 Years of Wooster Collective show (covered), as well as work on a new print (seen below) he is releasing with Paper Monster. Recently, Los Angeles art collective Cyrcle. spent time in Portugal for their latest exhibition titled “Capture the Flag! : Conquer the Divide!” (covered). However, they also participated in the Walk & Talk Azores Festival,which featured a great variety of both Portuguese and international artists such as Vhils, El Tono, Nespoon and Topo.
