Philadelphia based artist Jim Houser is opening up a solo show Saturday night, July 10th, at the gallery that OBEY built – Subliminal Projects. As you can see, Houser is already hard at work setting up multiple installations throughout different rooms in the Echo Park space. According to our friends at Galerie Springmann.Varol, the street art tandem of Hera and Akut are already on site setting up their new show opening June 11th. Not only will the exhibition feature fantastic paintings from Herakut (interviewed), it looks as though there will be some exquisite sculptural work as well, bringing to life the creatures and imagery from their canvases.
