This Saturday night (November 11th) at a converted Chinatown warehouse in Los Angeles, Library Street Collective will be presenting the largest gallery show ever from Shepard Fairey (featured). Entitled Damaged, the infamous street artist’s first showing in his hometown in nearly 10 years and will open on the same day his new documentary (covered) premieres on Hulu. Upcoming: Shepard Fairey – “Damaged” @ Library Street Collective (LA Popup)

Coming up on November 11th, Library Street Collective will be transforming an industrial space in Los Angeles for Shepard Fairey (featured) to host his first large-scale show in his hometown in nearly 10 years. Billed as his largest ever solo, Damaged will feature over 200 works and takes it’s name from Black Flag’s 1981 album. Streets: Shepard Fairey x Vhils (Lisbon)

Just this weekend, Printed Matters, a show from Shepard Fairey (featured) opened at Underdogs in Lisbon, a gallery co-founded by the locally-based Vhils (interviewed). Their collaboration didn’t end there as the American and Portuguese street artists combined their artistic vision for a joint mural featuring Shep’s iconic imagery and Vhils unique mark-making. Streets: Shepard Fairey (Seoul)

It looks like Shepard Fairey (featured) recently completed a new mural at the Seoul Arts Center in Korea featuring some of his signature imagery. Entitled Peace & Justice Seoul, the new piece was painted at the Hangaram Art Museum where the American graffiti artist currently has an exhibition with the same name on view thru the 30th. Streets: Shepard Fairey – “Cultivate Harmony” (Las Vegas)

A couple days ago, Shepard Fairey (featured) wrapped up his latest large scale mural in Las Vegas, created for the Life is Beautiful festival and curated by Justkids. Entitled Cultivate Harmony, the 21 story high piece now graces the facade of the Plaza Hotel in downtown. It looks like Shepard Fairey (featured) has just completed one of the murals he had planned for Basel Week Miami. Entitled Fruits Of Our Labor, the wall at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center features Shep’s distinctive imagery and satire.
