We recently showed you the stunning mural done by Conor Harrington for the “Outsiders” show at The New Art Gallery Walsall. Well, here are some more photos of the other artwork for you to peruse. Group Show @ Lazarides (Newcastle)

Here are some photos of the group show at Lazarides (Newcastle) that has been running concurrently with the Candice Tripp show.Â Although, some of the work is old, there still were some interesting pieces including this older style Faile box.Â Other artists included Blu, Bast, Lucy Mclauchlan, Mode2, Antonio Diaz, JR, David Choe, Jonathan Yeo, Stanley Donwood, Kelsey Brookes, Micallef, Paul Insect, Conor Harrington, and 3D (Robert Del Naja) Rest of the photos after the jump.

The long awaited wooden Choegal figure from David Choe has been released. Limited to 1000 pieces and priced modestly at $45, it features mechanical parts, three facial expressions (happy, sad, angry), and comes with a mini comic book. These were produced and available here at Ningyoushi in conjunction with Upper Playground. We believe these are all hand-painted so no two are different, but not by Choe. Sam Flores, David Choe, Jeremy Fish and Alex Pardee were invited by Youtube in conjuction with Upper Playground to do some live-painting on a “cube” as a “pre-show” to the YOUTUBE LIVE concert in San Francisco a several days ago.Â The results were quite spectacular and unique.Â Check the video above and photos after the jump.

So after tearing up the UK urban art scene for the past few years… the infamous Lazarides is going to hold a surprise show in the “big apple” next week. Laz is a UK gallery known for representing some of the most notable artists in the Urban/Street scene such as Banksy, Micallef and Faile.
