El Mac x Adobe Campus (Utah)

The Los-Angeles based El Mac recently took another trip to the American Southwest (also see New Mexico) where he worked on a new project in Utah. This mural, created in his signature style, was completed on the Adobe campus just south of Salt Lake City and was organized by the RAPT Studio out of SF. Another highlight of AM’s Portland trip for the Space//Form exhibition at Breeze Block Gallery was a chance to meet up with long time online friend Blaine Fontana and take a look around his studio. KAWS x MTA wraparounds

Readers in New York should keep on the lookout for special trains decked out in KAWS imagery leading up to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. If you remember, the NY-based artist will have his Companion character realized as a 40-foot-long balloon for the parade and now has designed a matching look for the MTA Times Square Shuttle (3 whole cars inside and out). Officially opening their doors just hours ago, Galerie Perrotin in Paris unveiled all new works from the NY-based KAWS in his highly anticipated solo Imaginary Friends.
