After successfully introducing his work with a captivating install at SCOPE Miami last year (covered), Mirus Gallery in San Francisco is getting ready to debut Felipe Pantone’s first U.S. solo exhibition. One of the first satellite fairs we hit during Basel Week Miami was SCOPE Miami, situated nicely in their pavilion on the beach off Ocean Drive. Celebrating its 15th anniversary edition with 120 international exhibitors from 22 countries and 57 cities, the fair had something for everyone including this Suck Face bronze from D*Face seen above and the Felipe Pantone installation seen directly below. The residents and visitors of Melbourne have only few more days to check out a solo show by Felipe Pantone closing on October 25th at Backwoods Gallery. For his Australian debut, the Spain-based artist prepared a whole new body featuring his signature stereoscopic works on canvas and paper.
