On January 28th, a unique art event will open at the Pima Art and Space Museum in Tucson, AZ featuring the work of over 30 artists. A couple nights ago, the Primary Projects space in Miami’s Design District hosted Here Lies Georges Wildenstein, a group show featuring Marc Bijl, Retna, Michael Vasquez, Miru Kim, Cleon Peterson, George Sánchez-Calderón, Manny Prieres, Andrew Nigon, Scott Shannon, Christina Pettersson, Shelter Serra, How & Nosm, Kenton Parker, Cole Sternberg, Edouard Nardon, & Jel Martine. The Underbelly Project (Paris)

As the Underbelly Project preps for the festivities for Art Basel Miami Week, word comes (via Brooklyn Street Art) of another satellite undertaking in Paris. Featuring the same daring tactics as in New York, the smaller French version (also organized by Workhorse and PAC) includes artists Conor Harrington, SheOne, Saber, How & Nosm, C215, Alice Pasquini, Will Barras, Futura, and Tristan Eaton. Streets: Wynwood Walls Update (Miami) Part III

Looks like Wynwood Walls is again the place to be for street art fans when Art Basel Week arrives in Miami next week. Adding to the impressive roster of artists we already covered in Part I and Part II, this newest update includes murals from Ukranian duo Interesni Kazki (who just opened a show in Los Angeles), How & Nosm (also with recent exhibition in LA), Sego, La Pandilla, and a wall used both Shep and ABOVE. Over the weekend, the Known Gallery unveiled the latest exhibit from New York based graffiti artists How & Nosm. Titled Achtung!, the show filled the gallery space to capacity as art aficionados were presented with more than 15 large scale paintings, more than 100 sketches & stencils, and a sculpture that sits in the middle of the gallery floor. The Spanish-born twins How & Nosm arrived in Los Angeles nearly 2 weeks before their next solo show entitled Achtung!, which opens on October 15th at the Known Gallery. This time around, they are painting what may be one of their biggest murals up to date. As part of the L.A. AM recently attended a group exhibition (previewed) held by Vandalog and M.A.N.Y. in New York. The show Up Close & Personal was unique in the sense that it was not held outdoors or in a gallery, but in an actual apartment on the Upper West Side.
