Openings: Etam Cru – “Bedtime Stories” @ Varsi Gallery

On Thursday, the 30th of October, Sainer and Bezt, teamed up as Etam Cru, opened their first Italian show at Varsi Gallery in Rome. The young artistic duo that has been getting a lot of attention with their large scale murals worldwide but also with their fine art works, introduced a new body of work titled Bedtime Stories. Sainer and Bezt, better known as Etam Cru, are opening their first Italian solo show at Galleria Varsi in Rome, tonight, the 30th of October. Titled Bedtime Stories, this show is curated by Marta Gargiulo, and will present new canvases by the young Polish artists as well as several new drawings. Projects: Sainer x Moneyless x Nawer x Zoer & Velvet for Boom Apartments

Four graffiti & street art artists from around Europe were recently invited to Krakow, Poland to work on a project named Boom Apartments. Sainer from the Etam Cru, Nawer from Poland, Moneyless from Italy, and Zoer & Velvet from France, got an apartment each to work on setting up. From painting indoor murals, to picking and arranging furniture, and designing the interior, each artist had an opportunity to turn each of the spaces into a unique work of art. Paris-based online gallery PrintThemAll.com released a lithograph edition by the Polish artist Sainer, who together with Bezt, form the infamous Etam Cru. Coinciding with the opening of his sold out solo show in Paris (covered), this was a true fine art release from the young artist. Sainer, member of the infamous Etam Cru, rounded out a succesful year with a solo show at Galerie Itinerrance in Paris.
