Continuing with the coverage of JR ‘s work through out Los Angeles, here we have a look at the 2nd wall that he and his crew have finished. The South Africa-based DAL recently sent us some photos of his latest mural enititled The Williams Brothers. As you can see, some of his signature lifeforms comprised of abstract weaves of energy are bounding across the side of a building. Streets: ROA (Stockholm)

In contrast to the tropical weather AM is experiencing here in Hawaii for POW WOW, it looks like Stockholm is still experiencing a cold front. As you must know by now after reading our preview article, ROA was in Sweden for a solo show recently (more on this later). POW WOW ‘ 12 / Streets: 123Klan x Slick x Flying Fortress

Across from Loft In Space, the neighboring wall was attacked by 123Klan, Slick, and Flying Fortress for some of the outdoor portion go POW WOW. Almost completed, the piece features elements specific to Hawaii like their love for shaved ice, volcanoes, and orchids to more serious topics like how Dole Pineapple has affected the indigenous people.
