El Mac Designs New No Doubt Album Cover

No Doubt will be putting out their first new album in over 10 years, Push and Shove, and street artist El Mac has been tapped to design the cover. Previews: Chris Stain & Joe Iurato – “Deep In The Cut” @ Mighty Tanaka

Tonight, Brooklyn’s Mighty Tanaka will be premiering a duo show with artists Chris Stain (interviewed) and Joe Iurato. Entitled Deep In The Cut, this exhibition pairs two urban artists who feature uniquely different styles, yet both create works utilizing highly technical hand cut stencils. Streets: Phlegm for the 2012 Bloop Festival (Ibiza)

After a series of murals in New York, Phlegm continues his globe-trotting ways and head over to Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza for the Bloop Festival (see last year). The new piece on the side of a building has an Escher-esque feel to it, but re-imagined with UK-based street painter’s characters and style.
