Recap: Seth – “Range Ta Chabre” @ Teatro India (999 Contemporary)

As previously reported, on the 7th of July, after two months of participating in 999 Foundation’s Artist Resistance Residency in Rome, Seth aka Julien Malland opened his solo show entitled Range Ta Chambre (Clean Up Your Room). Placed in an abandoned soap factory, the exhibition turned out to be quite an experience. After two months of participating in 999 Foundation’s Artist Resistance Residency, Seth aka Julien Malland will be revealing his solo show entitled Range Ta Chambre (Clean Up Your Room) in Rome on the 7th of July. Later this month (November 21st), Wunderkammern in Rome will be presenting new works from Thomas Canto, his first solo in Italy. Not one to be constricted by the confines of the traditional canvas, the French artist’s abstract but precise works often feature nylon strings or wall painting that extend past the frame extending the geometries of his artistic vision.
