Streets: WK Interact / New York Mets

New York-based french artist WK Interact recently collaborated on a project with Major League Baseball’s New York Mets and Citibank. Utilizing his signature motion motif, WK takes the star players from the team and reinterprets their competitiveness for their fans in the Big Apple. Gary Baseman x Coach Spring 2015 Line

After opening and closing a comprehensive retrospective (covered) at the MOCA Taipei, Gary Baseman (interviewed) moved on to revealing his latest project. At the recent Fashion Week New York, Coach unveiled their new Spring 2015 RTW collection which featured the Los Angeles-based artist’s imagery. The line included his signature creatures emblazoned on bags, used on prints and repeating patterns, and even knitted into sweaters. Openings: Ian Francis – “Endless Summer” @ Outsiders

Following his exhibition 10,000 Years From Now at Lazarides Rathbone (covered here) back in 2012, the Bristol-based Ian Francis (featured) has returning to London for a solo exhibition Endless Summer at The Outsiders. Blending photorealism with abstract landscapes, the new body of work features a series of same sized intimate studies that encapsulate a collection of multiple narratives and disparate moments in time. Take a look at more photos from the opening below.
