On November 8th, the Carmichael Gallery will be presenting Like Father, Like Son : NYC at a popup space in New York (6 to 8pm, 303 Tenth Ave in Chelsea). Earlier this week, we shared some photos of the paintings from the current Todd James (aka REAS) exhibition, Free To be You & Me, at V1 Gallery in Copenhagen. Opening Friday night (October 5th) in Copenhagen at the V1 Gallery, Free To be You & Me is the newest solo show from Todd James. The imagery in this new body work continues to be dominated by his colorful chain-smoking pirate characters, brandishing weapons and causing mischief.
