Streets: POSE x Dabs Myla (Chicago)

Straight off his show in New York (covered), POSE is back on the streets doing what he does best. This time he’s repping The Seventh Letter along with Dabs Myla in Chicago for Pilsen’s Art in Public Places initiative. Streets: Dabs Myla 2013 Euro Summer Tour

Australian artistic couple, Dabs Myla, recently left their LA home/studio to spend couple of weeks traveling and painting around Europe. By creating poppy, very colorful, clean line wall murals, often topped with cute, cartoonish like characters that are their signature elements, the artists left their marks on walls all over the old continent. Renewing a collaboration (sans ROID & Askew) that bore good fruit in Hawaii (see the epic mural here) for the POW WOW event, Dabs Myla, 123Klan, and Slick met up in Los Angeles to paint another wall. Combining talents from Australia, Canada, and the US respectively, the team whose signature style mix so well got up at the Branded Arts Building.
