On Saturday night, the Known Gallery in Los Angeles hosted a private release party for Hello Kitty, Hello Art!, a book compiling artwork inspired by Sanrio characters. Over the holiday weekend, Thinkspace in Culver City played host to the opening of Marvelous Expeditions, a showing of work from Dabs Myla as well as a series of 16 x 20″ pieces from their friends. This upcoming weekend, Dabs Myla and Thinkspace will be presenting the show Marvelous Expeditions. The group exhibition brings together over 100 young contemporary artists, and opens 6th September at Portland’s Breeze Block Gallery.
