Finok was recently invited to take part in the fourth edition of Festival Concreto that took place in Fortaleza, Brazil. A few days ago, Raphael Sagarra aka Finok self-released his latest limited edition. Combining giclee and silkscreen, the Brazilian artist produced Afogando Mágoas (Drowning Sorrows) in an edition of 140 + 20 AP’s. The image is a classic example of Finok’s signature works – using dominating green tones, he mixed traditional elements from Brazilian folk art with his playful graffiti-based characters. Galleria Patricia Armocida is currently showing the Italian debut show of young Brazilian artist Raphael Sagarra aka Finok. Sorrir e Chorar looks like his most accomplished exhibition to date, including various styles of works that show his seemingly endless creativity and diversity. One year since his last solo show at Ruttkowski;68 in Germany, Brazilian artist Finok aka Raphael Sagarra will be presenting his solo show at Smith Galleria in his hometown of Sao Paolo.
