Jay Z Performs With Jeff Koons Balloon Dog @ V Festival

A couple nights ago, Jay Z took to the stage at Virgin V Festival in Chelmsford with a 40 foot inflated Jeff Koons balloon dogg with the blessing of the artist. The rapper is a self-proclaimed admirer of the British sculptor and even included a line – “Oh what a feeling, fuck it I want a billion / Jeff Koons balloons, I just wanna blow up” on his 2013 song Picasso Baby.
