Last week, Lexus created a unique photography exhibition in San Francisco to highlight the world premiere of their latest LS model line. After a series of murals in New York, Phlegm continues his globe-trotting ways and head over to Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza for the Bloop Festival (see last year). The new piece on the side of a building has an Escher-esque feel to it, but re-imagined with UK-based street painter’s characters and style. Italian street savant Blu, who recently reappeared in Spain for the Desordes Creativas Festival where he made vegetarians everywhere feel just as guilty as meat-lovers, has now returned to his native country for a mural. The new work in Sardinia shows a lab experiment being conducted by a pair of large green hands, a nod to the feeling in the region that Quirra Syndrome with an unusually high cancer rate is due to the military testing in the area. After hitting up Komafest in Norway with new mural on a novel new medium – wood – Vhils has headed over to Azores, Portugal for the Walk & Talk Festival.
