Releases: Kris Kuksi – “Claudius” Figure

Through Joshua Liner Gallery, Kris Kuksi recently released the first limited edition figure from what will an ongoing series of sculptural editions. Entitled Claudius and produced in a run of 50, each piece shares a central figure but is adorned with unique elements creating something akin to the sculptor’s signature assemblage work. KAWS Releasing Remaining Stock Of “BFF” Plush (Black Version)

For those who missed the original blue colorway of KAWS’ BFF plush (covered) in Thailand, there was another chance with the recent slate of black versions that were released in conjunction with his exhibition in Texas (covered). Limited to 3000, these were not easy to come by either but here is another opportunity for fans out there as the Brooklyn-based artist will be re-releasing some leftover stock tomorrow (9 PST) on his website for $200 each. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, James Jean (interviewed) will be offering up a new print entitled Lapins d’Amour. The signed and numbered time-limited edition will be available for 24 hours starting at 8:00 AM PST on Tuesday, February 14th and ending at 7:59 AM PST on Wednesday, February 15th and then never sold again. Releases: FriendsWithYou – “Little Cloud Pocket Amulet”

Earlier today, FriendsWithYou release a new sculpture edition – the Little Cloud Pocket Amulet. Limited to a run of 1000, the collectible meant to be an “enduring symbol of love and light as well as the idea that everything has a soul” is made from brass plated lead-free pewter and will cost $60. Releases: Jeremy Geddes – “FALL” Print

Starting on January 23rd, 9am Melbourne time, Jeremy Geddes (interviewed) will be offering up a timed release print for only 24 hours. Entitled FALL, the image features another one of the Australian painter’s iconic floating astronauts. The edition size will depend on the number of people ordering it in the 24 hour period of time and will not be sold again. Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic just announced he will be releasing his self-produced limited edition Splash and Burn on the 20th of January at 3pm GMT via ErnestZacharevic.com. This 11 layer lithograph was produced at the Idem Studio in Paris and each print has been hand finished by the artist. Addam Yekutieli aka Know Hope recently released a new edition of self produced, hand-crafted necklaces titled The Confidant featuring his iconic bird symbol as a pendant. Produced in an edition of 150, the image area of the artwork measures roughly 13.5″ x 18″ with a total size of 16″ X 20″ if the border is included.
