Releases: Skullphone x Common Artist Project Collection

Releases: Ernest Zacharevic – “Norwegian Bubble” Cross-Stiched Pieces

You may remember earlier this year during the NuArt Festival, Ernest Zacharevic painted a mural (seen below) in Stavenger referencing the Norwegian cross-stitch with the twist being the burning house. For this holiday season, he has teamed up with his partner-in-crime, Sheena Liam, to create a series entitled Norwegian Bubble of 12 individual frames that they are making available thru email – [email protected]. Releases: Candice Tripp – “Sally” Masks

Earlier this year, you may have noticed some of the delicate mask sculptures Candice Tripp (interviewed) created for her show in Newcastle. These facial disguises are a reoccurring motif in her imagery and her characters can be seen cavorting around with them on in her dark narratives. Releases: JR – “Migrants, Walking New York City” Print

Earlier this year, we shared with you the special project that the New York Times Magazine collaborated on with  JR (interviewed) for their Walking New York issue. That cover that resulted from that endeavor has now been released by the French “photograffeur” as a 8 color lithograph through Social Animals. Migrants, Walking New York City will be produced in a run of 180 and cost 800,00 € to add to your collection. Releases: James Jean – “Wave Skull” Plate & Print

Over the weekend, This Is A Limited Edition released a new collaboration entitled Wave Skull with James Jean (interviewed) featuring a collectors dinner plate & print combo. Each piece is produced in fine bone china with real gold embellishments and comes hand-signed, just like the print. The sets come in an edition of 333 and costs £99.00. For the Autumn/Winter 2015 season, Max Mara has collaborated with artist Maya Hayuk on three different styles of sunglasses featuring a pattern she has dubbed Optiprism. The multicolored rainbow graphics utilized for this project mirror the works from the New York-based artist that fit well both in the gallery as well as on the streets. Releases: Faile – “Savage Sacred Young Minds” Print Portfolio

Earlier today, Faile (featured) announced the preorder availability of their Savage Sacred Young Minds print portfolio at special price of $3000. The images are taken from pieces in the Brooklyn-based duo’s Brooklyn Museum show earlier in the summer including Night Bender, Almost Rapture, Eastern Suspenso, Bad Seeds, Invasion Dream Club, and Off On a Fast One.
