Releases: Tyler Stout’s “Inglourious Basterds” Print

Acclaimed poster artist, Tyler Stout, has quietly dropped the few remaining copies of his “Inglourious Basterds” print.  The 24″x36″ six color screenprint was originally released for the VIP opening of the film at the renowned Alamo Drafthouse, which interestingly enough, featured Quintin Tarantino in attendance.  In an effort to raise some funds, Stout has decided to sell his personal stash, including the much sought after variant edition as well as his Artist Proofs.  All four editions are available now in limited quantities through his online […]

Ben Eine, whom we last saw at his “A to Z of Change” show at Carmichael Gallery (covered), has just released a new print through Friend and Co. Measuring approximately 19.5″ x 27.5″, this hand pulled two color screenprint is limited to only 50 copies and will run you $123. Available now through Friend and Co. Releases: Joe Sorren – “Mr. Kurabi’s Tales of Lovely-ness and All Things Eaten” Bronze Sculpture

Remember when we showed you the initial sculpt for a beautiful new bronze from Joe Sorren. Well, the final sculpt and patina has been revealed for “Mr. Kurabi’s Tales of Lovely-ness and All Things Eaten,” Sorren’s first sculpture release in three years. Measuring 14″ high and mounted on a handmade 360 degree wooden swivel stand, the limited edition (24) piece is available exclusively through Joshua Liner Gallery, the site of Sorren’s show in March. Releases: Jim Houser – “Make Room for the Emptiness”

Today, at 11am Eastern, The BLDG will be releasing a new 6-color hand-pulled screenprint by Jim Houser. The print, created for his show “Make Room for the Emptiness” at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery (covered) is 11″ x 14″  in an edition of 200. Get it for the very reasonable price of $75 here. Releases: Slinkachu – “The High Life”

The last time we saw Slinkachu, he was busy in a Grottaglie alleyway creating his largest work yet for the FAME Festival (covered).  Well, looks like the photographer/street artist is back with a new release which he also created in Italy, this time the installation “was placed near the local fly-tipping area and dog pound – the high life indeed!”  This latest print is available in either small or large formats, through Studiocromie and Andipa Gallery respectively. Releases: Jeff Soto – “The Three Friends” and “Nature’s Splendor”

Next Monday, Oct. 26th will be a good day for Jeff Soto fans as the Inland Empire artist will be releasing a total of four new giclee prints through his online store, Potato Stamp.  The first three, appropriately entitled “The Three Friends”, come as a set and recreate three of the watercolor pieces he showed RVCA’s “Whammy!” show (covered).  The set will sell for $120 with all three prints measuring in at 10″ X 10,” edition of 100.
