Berlin-based stencil artist BOXI made his United States solo show debut with â€œGrey Areaâ€ (previewed) which opened this past Thursday at Carmichael Gallery. Patrons were captivated by BOXI’s photo-realistic work and found themselves immersed in the barren world his subjects reside in. The London Police (TLP) opened their show tonight at StolenSpace entitled “10 years On The Circle Line.”Â Famous for their “Lads” characters and their simple aesthetic that started about 10 years ago, they come together again to collaborate on a show featuring paintings, photography and a video installation.
