Showing: Vhils @ Caixa Cultural

Vhils aka Alexandre Farto recently spent some time in Brazil working with the Guarani tribe in the Piraquara region and creating a new body of work for a show at Caixa Cultural in Curitiba, Brazil.  The Portuguese artist spent some time working with the tribesmen in the Araçaí village, creating works for the show, as well as leaving his mark in the village. Streets: Vhils x Pixel Pancho (Lisbon)

With some recent articles, we have introduced to you several public murals arranged by the Underdogs platform in Lisbon as well as some gallery shows. We now have another street piece to share with you in the same vein – a collaboration between Vhils and Pixel Pancho. The joint wall saw the locally-based Vhils mix his chiseled technique with the Italian Pixel Pancho’s robotic imagery leading an interesting interaction of disparate styles.
