Brooklyn-based French artist Supakitch recently returned to his home country to open his new show at Paris’ Galerie LJ. The exhibition entitled Clé De Soul is Supa’s first with the gallery, and includes a beautiful collection of his colorful paintings, works on paper and mixed-media pieces. Several months ago, we brought your attention to the first set of hand-painted mutant bunny sculptures from Joe Ledbetter. The LA-based painter and art toy mogul has not released the next five of what will be an eventual total of 40. The 12″ figures (sculpted by Pretty in Plastic) are priced at $1500 and should be the crown jewel in the collection of any fan of Ledbetter’s three-dimensional work. Last weekend, alongside Jeremy Fish, the Mark Moore Gallery also featured the work of Kenichi Yokono. Gifted street muralist El Mac is at it again, this time in Spain. This new piece was painted on the side of the Montana paint factory (a brand that he has used many times over the years) in Barcelona.
