Preview: Guerrero Gallery – Grand Opening: Inaugural Group Show

The San Francisco art scene is about to gain a fresh face as our friend Andres Guerrero will be opening up a new haven for artists to exhibit in. Benefit: “Idea for the Here and Now” @ Fountain Fair

Christina Ray Gallery (formerly Glowlab) and Fountain Art Fair are behind an unique group exhibition to benefit Transformazium, an emerging collaborative arts center in Braddock, Pennsylvania. Interviews: Camille Rose Garcia – “Down The Rabbit Hole” Exhibition and Book Signing Tour

Benefit: “Swimming Cities” India Fundraiser

Swoon (interviewed) and her friends are throwing a benefit silent auction this Friday, March 5th, to raise funds for a Swimming Cities project on India’s Ganges river. The fundraiser will feature work from a nice list of artists (seen after the jump), as well as the unveiling of a 18′ x 8′handcrafted, stainless steel catamaran powered by a motorcycle driven paddle wheel.
