This weeks featured mural for our world roundup is from Liliwenn & Bom K (Da Mental Vaporz) in Brest, France for Crimes of Minds (photo by Kevin Perro). Our Streets: World Roundup feature returns this week with a summary of murals you may have missed out on. Our highlighted piece this time is this monster collaboration from REVOK and RIME of MSK fame for the Detroit Beautification Project. Mausolee: Lek x Sowat (Paris)

Imagine an abandoned four storey supermarket in the North of Paris occupied by squatters, then deserted again. On August 12, 2010, French graffiti artists Lek and Sowat discovered the place much to their delight. For a year, in the greatest of secrets, both artists continuously wandered in this 430,000 sq ft monument to paint murals and organize an illegal artistic residency. We have another diverse mix of artists from all around the world for this week’s street roundup. Starting off, check out this collaboration between Bom-K of Da Mental Vaporz & Liliwenn in Ris Orangis, France entitled Trouble Jeu. You can see more of the intricate details here if interested. A couple weeks ago, AM documented the mural process of Belgium-based street artist ROA as he painted a tower in Copenhagen for the Galore Festival.
